The three phases, and which one you actually need

Most GCs bid final clean only — if finish trades are working after your final clean, and they usually are, budget the touch-up.

How long does a post construction final clean take?
A single-tenant commercial space of a few thousand square feet is typically one to two crew days. Multifamily and multi-building projects are phased across the turnover schedule. We give you a crew count and a day count in the quote, not a vague window.
When should we schedule post construction cleaning?
Get the date on the calendar as soon as your finish schedule firms up, then confirm 48 hours out. Final clean should happen after all trades are complete and the space is broom-clean and vacated. If we are cleaning around active trades, you are paying us to clean twice.
Do you carry insurance for construction sites?
Yes — general liability and workers compensation. Certificates with additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements are available on request, and we can usually turn a COI around same day.
Do you do rough cleans, or only final cleans?
Both, plus touch-up passes. Most general contractors bid final clean only and then discover they needed the other two. We price all three so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.
Can you handle phased or occupied buildings?
Yes. Phased multifamily turnover and occupied commercial buildings are routine for us. We sequence around your release schedule and around tenants.
